Biographical Information[edit]
Ted Sepkowski had several cups of coffee in the majors with the Cleveland Indians and New York Yankees and played for over a decade in the minors. He missed the 1944 and 1945]seasons due to serving in the Coast Guard during World War II. Sepkowski spent the final years of his life living in Pasadena, MD and was well-known amongst the neighborhood children as having a wonderful collection of baseball memorabilia.
Sepkowski was the youngest player in the 1942 American League.
He led the 1948 Newark Bears in home runs with 24.
From 1953 to 1955 he was a player-manager in the minor leagues.
