If you wished to, you could consider people who have played or managed or coached for one team and also played or managed or coached for another team, although I can't think of anyone off the top of my head. - Randy

Jorge Fuentes, Bill Arce, Ron Fraser, Davey Johnson and Alfonso Urquiola have managed multiple teams. Antonio Munoz played for Cuba and coached for Italy. Chien-Cheng Kuo played for Taiwan and coached for China. - --Mischa 20:40, 1 March 2009 (EST)

George Kottaras has a good chance to join the list soon. He's played for Greece, and he's got a good shot to be Russell Martin's back-up for Team Canada in the 2013 WBC. --Philippe 13:12, 3 October 2012 (EDT)
