The BA Directories list him as being based out of Frederick, MD, which doesn't help. Its such an odd name, you'd think it was the same guy, but it could be a Jr. also. --Jeff (talk) 10:23, 30 May 2013 (EDT)

Not sure what this means, but by 1992 Larry Corrigan was scouting director of the Twins and Rierson was an area scout for the Twins. Corrigan had been an assistant at Iowa State under Rierson and replaced Rierson as head coach. --Jeff (talk) 14:22, 1 March 2014 (EST)
