Don't forget the 22 wins the 1984 Cubs drafted in Pico and Hall. Being as that the alltime wins list is dominated by players who weren't drafted, it would have to be the highest. The 1985 Expos drafted 402 wins between Johnson and Gardner. How about that 1984 2nd round?
