Biographical Information[edit]
Takashi Shiozaki represented Japan in the 2003 Baseball World Cup. He was 1-0 with a 3.48 ERA in four outings, tying five others for the most games pitched for the Bronze Medal winners. He debuted with a 1-2-3 inning against the Dutch national team, retiring Evert-Jan 't Hoen, Raily Legito and former major leaguer Eugene Kingsale in the 6th. He got the win over Gabriel Alvarez and Mexico. He played for ENEOS in the Industrial League after college.
