Simone Wearne is a baseball player who played for Australia at the 2004 Women's Baseball World Cup, 2006 Women's Baseball World Cup and 2008 Women's Baseball World Cup. She is a pitcher. She was pitching coach for Australia in the 2012 Women's Baseball World Cup. That year, she was the first woman inducted into the Baseball Australia Hall of Fame. In 2013, she was named one of the 100 top Australian sportswomen of all time. She is the sister of Scott Wearne.
