Biographical Information[edit]
Sigfredo Alicea was a pitcher for the Puerto Rican national team in the 1971 Amateur World Series, 1972 Amateur World Series, 1973 FIBA Amateur World Series, 1974 Central American and Caribbean Games and 1975 Pan American Games. In the 1974 Games, Puerto Rico won the Bronze Medal. He was 0-1 with a 3.37 ERA in that event, losing to Venezuela; he was 3 for 4 with a run on offense.
