Biographical Information[edit]
Shih-Yang Lee played in the CPBL for 2 years.
Lee was drafted by the Chinatrust Whales in the 10th round of the 2003 CPBL Draft, and he went 0-for-3 in 2004. He didn't get a single at-bat with the big club in 2005, and he announced his retirement. He became an assistant coach for the Chinese Culture University after retiring, and he also coached Taiwan in the 2011 World Port Tournament, 2011 Baseball World Cup, 2012 Haarlemse Honkbalweek, 2014 U-21 Baseball World Cup, 2015 Universiade, 2016 Haarlemse Honkbalweek, 2016 U-23 Baseball World Cup, 2017 Universiade, 2018 World University Championship and 2018 U-23 Baseball World Cup. When Min-Hsiung Liao quit in 2023, Lee was named the new coach for the Chinese Culture University.
