Biographical Information[edit]
Seung-min Choi made his pro debut in 2015 with the NC Dinos' farm team, going 4 for 15 with 6 runs in 15 games. As a 2B/1B for the South Korean national team that won the 2015 Asian Championship, he went 6 for 10 with a walk and played error-free ball (4 PO, 4 A). He played for the Sangmu Phoenix military team in 2017. In the 2017 Asian Championship, he was 3 for 6 with two walks, four runs and two RBI, stole two bases in two tries and had one putout and six assists. In the Bronze Medal Game, he replaced Sung-gyu Lee at SS late in a 15-0 rout of the Philippines, going 0 for 1 with a walk and RBI and registering one assist.
