Biographical Information[edit]

First baseman Sean Halton reached the majors with the Milwaukee Brewers in 2013.

Selected by the Colorado Rockies in the 31st round of the 2005 amateur draft out of high school, Halton did not sign and was again taken by the Rockies in the 42nd round of the 2006 amateur draft. He went on to Lewis-Clark State College and was later chosen by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 13th round of the 2009 amateur draft.

Halton began his pro career with the AZL Brewers in 2009 and reached the AAA level with the Nashville Sounds in 2012. After starting 2013 back with Nashville, he was called up to Milwaukee and made his big league debut on June 27th, recording a pinch hit in his only plate appearance against the Chicago Cubs.
