Biographical Information

Scott Higgins was a major league umpire between 2000 and 2003, but was never part of the full-time umpiring staff. He worked about a half season his first two years, and then only a handful of games each of his last two, after which he was let go. He also worked in the 2008 CPBL and 2009 Baseball World Cup and has been a collegiate umpire since his MLB career ended, most notably in the Pac-12 Conference.
