Biographical information[edit]

Pitcher/outfielder Sébastien Neumann played in France from 2009 to 2019. He participated in the 2009 Open international de Rouen, posting an ERA of 10.50. He also played in the 2010 World Junior Championship. In 2011 and 2012, he was on the French team for the European Under-21 Championships. He represented the French team in the 2015 Universiade, allowing five runs in 2 1/3 innings against South Korea. He debuted for the Montigny Cougars of the Division Elite in 2009 and played with them through 2011. He has played for the Tigers de Toulouse from 2012 to 2019. He also played for France Équipe Fédérale in 2013.

He participated in the Yoshida Challenge in 2019.

Per records available, he was 34-25 with a 4.67 ERA in 133 games (67 starts) at all levels. At the plate, he hit .282/.400/.351 with 2 home runs and 131 RBI in 266 games. In 2017, he slashed .460/.595/.609 with 29 stolen bases, 34 RBI, 35 runs scored and 40 hits in 25 games.
