Biographical Information[edit]
Ryan Ferby represented Team Canada in the 1994 Baseball World Cup, batting .211/.286/.263 and fielding .706 at short. He tied for third in the event with five errors. [1] He hit .310/.395/.465 in 17 games for the Florence Flame, and he had a .309/.398/.383 batting line for the Mobile BaySharks and a .220/.368/.231 batting line for the Abilene Prairie Dogs, all in 1995. Ferby collected 17 steals with a .242/.366/.303 batting line for the Palm Springs Suns in 1996 (missing the Western League top-ten in steals by two), and that was his last season.
