Biographical Information[edit]
Roy Tennyson was a minor league pitcher for five years; he also pitched in the outlaw Provincial League.
He was 5-7 with a 6.70 ERA for the 1936 Brockville Pirates and was briefly with the 1937 Brockville club and 1938 Fargo-Moorhead Twins. He posted a 15-11, 4.06 record for the 1942 Trois-Rivieres Renards. He tied for 8th in the Canadian-American League in victories. He split 1944 between the Portsmouth Cubs (1-2), Toronto Maple Leafs (5 R in 6 IP) and Montreal Royals (3 R in 4 IP).
