Biographical Information[edit]
Roberto Olivo was a prominent Venezuelan umpire. He worked the 1944 Amateur World Series, 1945 Amateur World Series and 11 Caribbean Series. He was in the Venezuelan League from its start in 1946 until 1968. In 2003, he was the first umpire inducted into the Salón de la Fama del Béisbol Venezolano.
