Roberto Ledo
Roberto Ledo managed six different Cuban Serie Nacional teams over the course of 11 seasons, going 392-286. Among his earliest stints were with the Azucareros (17-19 in 1963-1964 and the Orientales from 1964-1967, guiding them to their only title in 1966-1967. He led the Mineros in 1967-1968, 1970-1971 and 1971-1972. He piloted the Serranos to a 42-36 record in 1972-1973 and the Metropolitanos to 30-20 in 1979-1980. He also guided the Agricultores at some point in their brief history. He also led Habana to the Series Selectivas title in 1976. He managed the Cuban national team to a Silver Medal in the 1967 Pan American Games.
