Biographical Information[edit]
Rip Tutor was a long-time scout (1956-2004?) for the Kansas City Athletics, New York Yankees, Baltimore Orioles (1968-1975), Seattle Mariners (1977-1989), Milwaukee Brewers (1990-1991), California Angels (1993- ) and Atlanta Braves. His signees included Greg Briley, Roy Clark, Wayne Garland, Erik Hanson, Pat Lennon, Ron Musselman, Donell Nixon and Jim Presley.
