Biographical Information[edit]

Outfielder Ray Guyton played in the Brooklyn Dodgers system from 1949 to 1951. His best campaign was 1950, when he hit .327 with a North Atlantic League-leading 162 hits and 27 outfield assists (8 more than anyone else), as well as 7 home runs and 98 RBI for the Hazleton Dodgers. His batting average ranked second in the loop. In his three seasons, he hit .301 with 8 home runs in 248 games.
