Biographical Information[edit]

Rafael Rodriguez is a relief pitcher that debuted with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim in 2009.

Rodriguez was signed by scout Leo Perez for the Angels in 2001 for $780,000. He made his pro debut the next summer.

In July 2010, he was traded with Joe Saunders, Patrick Corbin, and a player to be named later to the Arizona Diamondbacks for Dan Haren. Tyler Skaggs was sent in August to complete the trade.
