Rafael Quirico pitched one game for the Philadelphia Phillies in 1996 as well as nine years in the minors, winning 53 games.
Quirico pitched a no-hitter in high school and another one in the minors in 1991.
A New York Times article from March 20, 1996 (about how every Yankees game is like the seventh game of the World Series), mentions Yankees owner George Steinbrenner fuming at the performances of Quirico and Robert Eenhoorn in a pre-season game.
