Biographical Information[edit]
Raúl Terrazas was on the Bolivian national team in the 2012 South American Championship. He was the right fielder for Bolivia in the 2013 Bolivarian Games. He went 3 for 11 with a run and 3 steals in 3 tries; on a team that hit .101/.171/.109, he was the clear offensive star; no one else had more than one hit and Juan Maldonado was their only other player to score a run. He had one of Bolivia's two hits in losses to Guatemala and Ecuador. Terrazas tied Josue Rosario for the most steals in the round-robin phase. He fielded .800 in right.
In the 2016 South American Championship, he was 1 for 4 with a run. The backup flyhawk got his hit off Andrés Hamamoto.
