Biographical Information[edit]
Phil Noto spent seven seasons in the minor leagues, playing from 1946 to 1952. His statistical record is incomplete, though it is known he had at least 310 hits in at least 402 games.
He managed the Panama City Fliers for part of their inaugural season, 1951, replacing Roxie Humberson and being replaced by Bill Herring.
He also scouted for the Pittsburgh Pirates and Cincinnati Reds.
