Pedro Báez was a minor league pitcher.

Báez split 1987 between the Madison Muskies (2-1, 1.97) and Medford A's (0-1, 2 Sv, 3.32). In 1988, the right-hander went 7-9 with a 2.68 ERA for Madison, allowing only 115 hits in 141 innings. He was 9th in the Midwest League in ERA. He concluded his Organized Baseball career with the 1989 Modesto A's, where he was only 2-11 with a save and a 4.64 ERA.

Pedro later resurfaced in the independent leagues. He was 2-2 with a 5.04 ERA for the 2001 Albany Alligators and threw 1 1/3 shutout innings for the 2002 Montgomery Wings.
