Pat Dumouchelle' played four seasons in the minors, peaking at AA.

Dumouchelle was a member of Team Canada in the 1979 Pan American Games and 1980 Amateur World Series. He led Indiana State with 56 RBI in 1980 and was named All-Missouri Valley Conference at catcher. Signed by the Baltimore Orioles, he was a utility man for the 1981 Miami Orioles, with 15 games-plus at 1B, 2B, 3B and the outfield plus action at shortstop, catcher and pitcher. He hit .250/.336/.354. He also went 8 for 16 with 2 doubles, a triple and four walks for the Charlotte O's.

Pat had a strong 1982 with the Hagerstown Suns, producing at a .298/.379/.456 clip with 78 runs, 73 RBI and 19 steals in 28 tries. He did this despite bouncing all over the field yet again - 56 games at 3B, 32 at C, 18 in the OF, 14 at 1B, 10 at SS, 8 at 2B and 1 at P. He was 7th in the Carolina League in average (between Ken Ford and Jeff Stone), was 8th in runs, ranked 10th in RBI, was 8th in OBP (between La Schelle Tarver and Dave Falcone) and was 10th in slugging (between Al Pardo and John Ackley). He was named the league's All-Star third baseman.

Dumouchelle split 1983 between Hagerstown (.284/.392/.435 in 89 G) and Charlotte (.194/.272/.223 in 43 G) in another super-utility season. He missed the top 10 in average by .003 and was 8th in OBP (between Pat Hodge and Ron Salcedo). With Charlotte in 1984, he hit .219/.293/.330 in 105 games to end his career.

He had hit .261/.348/.385 in 496 minor league games, with 241 runs, 220 RBI, 34 home runs and 46 steals in 69 tries. He had more walks (227) than whiffs (210). He had played 180 games at 3B (.903), 160 in the OF (.966), 65 at 2B (.960), 63 at 1B (.986), 37 at C (.966), 17 at SS (.944) and 2 at P.

Through 2014, the only other Dumouchelle in pro baseball is also from Windsor, ON, an Alfred Dumouchelle who is presumably related.
