Biographical Information[edit]
Infielder Paramutt Meepakdee was with the Thai national team for the 2013 World Baseball Classic Qualifiers but did not appear in a game. He was 1 for 1 with a run in the 2018 East Asian Baseball Cup. In the 2018 Asian Games, he backed up Naruephol Muangkasem at 2B. In the opener, he came in late in a rout of Laos and went 0 for 1 against Soua Xong. He was 2 for 2 with two runs after entering in a rout of Sri Lanka, with both hits off Madumal Ponna Handi Tharidu. Against Japan, he struck out against Makoto Hori before Muangkasem replaced him. He started in their finale against host Indonesia but made two errors in the first, leading to some unearned runs (he had 5 error-free chances prior to that in the Games) and being retired by Hadi Nur Muhammad before Muangkasem replaced him in the bottom of the 2nd inning.
