Orlando Perdomo was a minor league pitcher.

Perdomo signed with the Detroit Tigers in February 2002. He was 0-2 with a 5.12 ERA for the 2002 DSL Tigers with 15 walks and 6 wild pitches in 19 1/3 IP. In 2003, he was 0-1 with a 5.40 ERA for the DSL Tigers. In 2004, he came to the US with the GCL Tigers, going 1-6 with a save and a 7.18 ERA and a 1.90 WHIP. He was one loss shy of the Gulf Coast League lead and his 18 wild pitches topped the circuit. One bright spot came on August 4, when he teamed with Dallas Trahern on a no-hitter of the GCL Braves.

Orlando improved to 3-2, 2.65 for the 2005 GCL Tigers with 7 saves. He struck out 39 in 37 1/3 IP and allowed only 25 hits for a .185 opponent average. He tied for second in the GCL in saves. That winter, he was 1-1 with a 14.04 ERA for Oriente in the Venezuelan Winter League.

Perdomo went 0-2 with 28 saves and a 4.05 ERA for the 2006 West Michigan Whitecaps. He struck out 48 in 43 1/3 innings. He led the Midwest League in saves and was named to the MWL post-season All-Star team.

The right-hander missed all of 2007 due to an injury to the ulnar collaterial ligament in his right elbow. In 2008, he only saw limited action while rehabbing, appearing for the GCL Tigers (3 R in 7 2/3 IP), West Michigan (3.52 in 9 G) and the Oneonta Tigers (1 R in 2 2/3 IP). He did not pitch in the minors in 2009, but appeared for Venezuela in the 2009 Baseball World Cup and 2010 South American Games (when they won Gold).
