Northern Arizona University was known as Arizona State College at Flagstaff from 1945 to 1966. Northern Arizona sponsored baseball from at least 1957 through 1981. The Lumberjacks played in the Big Sky Conference from 1971 to 1974, when the conference dropped baseball. {{clear]]
