Biographical Information[edit]
Ning Li of the Shanghai Golden Eagles was the second-youngest player on the Chinese national team in the 2015 Asian Championship (only Chen Chen was younger). Li got into only one game as the third-string catcher, behind Wei Wang and Weiqiang Meng. Replacing Wang in an opening loss to Japan, he was retired by Hitoshi Kondo in his lone plate appearance and did not get a chance in the field.
