Biographical Information

Pitcher/first baseman Nick Ray has played in the independent leagues. He began his career in 2020, going 1-1 with a 7.34 ERA in 25 games (2 starts) between the Pecos League's Salina Stockade and the Liberation League's Indy Windstorm. In 2021, he went 0-7 with a 7.88 mark in 12 games (8 starts) for the Pecos League's Wasco Reserve; he also slashed .169/.289/.169 in 71 at-bats. He managed the Reserve that year to a 10-29, 6th-place finish.
