Biographical Information[edit]

Nick Cullop, who pitched six seasons in the majors, was successful in both the Federal League and the American League, and also pitched for many years for Louisville.

Cullop is not to be confused with a later Nick Cullop who played for some of the same major league teams around a decade later.

This Cullop won 22 games in the 1915 Federal League and went 13-6 for the 1916 New York Yankees. He was with Louisville from 1921 to 1929, usually winning in double figures for them and notching 20+ victories twice.
