Biographical Information

Nicholas Fischer was on the first Swiss national team in a European Championship, at the 2023 European Championship. He debuted in their first European Championship game, replacing Rafael Eigenmann at catcher late in a loss to Israel. He grounded out against David Feins his first time up and went 0-for-7 for the tournament with one walk (from Mark Harrison of Germany). He fielded .950 and allowed four steals in four tries.
