Biographical Information[edit]
Naeem Bin Zahrin has been on the Singaporean national team.
He was with Singapore in the 2019 Southeast Asian Games. [1] He hit .125 with a run and a RBI in the 2023 East Asian Baseball Cup. [2] In the 2022 Asian Games (held in '23 after delays from COVID-19, the 21-year-old was the first batter for Singapore in an Asian Games. He drew a walk from Laos's Mung Chuevakham to be their first baserunner and went to third on a Kohei Wong double but was stranded. His first hit was a two-run single off Hue Thor. He finished 2-for-7 with a walk, steal, run and two RBI, handling five chances at short error-free. Only Mohamed Mikhail Ming Bin Tan Sabri had more hits for Singapore and Bin Zahrin led the team in RBI. [3]
