Founded in 2007 as one of the innaugural teams of the Israel Baseball League, The Modi'in Miracle play their home games at Gezer Field in Kibutz Gezer, Israel, outside Jerusalem. The Miracle share Gezer Field with the Bet Shemesh Blue Sox.

The Modi'in Miracle played their inaugural game against the Petach Tikva Pioneers at Yarkon Sports Complex on June 24, 2007. This game was the first game of the IBL. The Miracle won 9-1 over the Pioneers in front of a crowd of 3,112 fans. The game was attended by the players and managers of all 6 IBL teams.

On June 26, 2007, the Miracle were involved on the losing end of several IBL firsts. After the IBL's 7 innings of play, the Miracle hitters were fanned by the Ra'anana Express in the league's first no-hitter. Not unimpressive in their own pitching, Miracle starting pitcher Maximo Nelson completed the 7 inning game giving up no runs and only 2 hits. Tied at the end of the game, the Miracle and the Express went into the Israel Baseball League's first Home Run Derby. After two rounds, the Modi'in Miracle fell 4-3 in the Home Run Derby. By league rules, a derby victory is worth one point, making the final score 1-0.
