Biographical Information

Min-Yang Hung played in the CPBL.

Hung was selected by the Rakuten Monkeys in the 7th round of the 2022 CPBL Draft. He had a 5.70 ERA in 19 games in the minors in 2023, then he improved to a 1.19 ERA in 36 appearances with 11 holds there in 2024. He debuted against the TSG Hawks on October 6, and he pitched 1/3 of a shutout inning.

Hung's repertoire includes a fastball (peak 88.9 mph), curveball, slider and changeup.
