Team History

When the American League's Milwaukee Brewers moved to St. Louis, MO, two new teams were organized to take their place. Originally called the Angels, the Milwaukee Creams played two seasons in the Western League, managed by former Brewers skipper Hugh Duffy. However the team could not compete against the other team called the "Brewers", who played in the American Association, and the Creams folded following the 1903 season.
