Mike Biko was a first-round pick who never moved past A ball.

Biko went 9th overall in the 1966 amateur draft, taken by the Philadelphia Phillies. He debuted as a pro that year with the Huron Phillies, going 4-4 with a 3.90 ERA. In '67, the right-hander pitched for the Eugene Emeralds (2-1, 3.38) and Spartanburg Phillies (8-8, 5.15), walking 95 in 134 innings. Moving to the Cleveland Indians chain in 1969 after a year off, he was 11-5 with a save and a 3.07 ERA for the Statesville Indians/Monroe Indians, placing 4th in the Western Carolinas League in ERA. He ended his career in 1970 with the Reno Silver Sox, going 6-4 with two saves and a 5.58 ERA. He had a 31-22, 4.23 record overall in pro ball, with 244 walks in 404 innings.
