Middle Texas League
The Middle Texas League was a class D league which ran for just two seasons, 1914 and 1915. In 1914, the season was shortened to August 8. Belton beat Temple 5 games to 1 in the playoffs. In 1915, floods forced Austin to move to Taylor on May 1. Brenham and Schulenburg disbanded on June 7. Taylor moved again, to the newly deserted Brenham on June 8. Finally, the league disbanded on June 19.
