Max Diaz has been a minor league manager.

Diaz was listed in the 2011 Indians Media Guide as being drafted in the 1980 amateur draft out of New Mexico State by the Phillies; no Max Diaz has ever been drafted out of New Mexico State or by the Phillies. Also, given the birthdate in the 2011 Media Guide, Diaz would have been 15 years old in 1980, hardly the age of someone coming out of college. He managed the 1999-2000 DSL Tigers and then guided the 2011 DSL Indians.
