Biographical Information[edit]
Matt von Roemer played college baseball at Kenyon College and graduated in 2018 with a degree in History.
The Toronto Blue Jays hired von Roemer in 2019 as a Baseball Operations Affiliate Intern and he worked with the Dunedin Blue Jays through the course of their season. In 2020 the Jays named him a Baseball Operations Coordinator, a role he retained through the 2022 season. Von Roemer added a Development Coach title to his resume when he filled this position with the New Hampshire Fisher Cats in 2022-2023. He was then bench coach of the Dunedin Blue Jays in 2024.
