Biographical Information[edit]
Catcher Matt Leahy hit .273/.333/.273 in 11 at-bats for the Taos Blizzard in 2013. He was also the first of two managers for the club, being replaced by Jamie Hopkins partway through the season.
He managed the New York Capitols of the New York State Professional League in 2008. In 2010, he was head coach of the Utica Brewers of the Eastern Collegiate Baseball League and in 2011, he was pitching coach at Hamilton College; he served the same role at Utica College in 2012. He managed the Adirondack Trail Blazers of the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League to losing records in 2014 and 2015.
