Biographical Information[edit]
Matt Krause has been a coach.
Krause was assistant strength and conditioning coach for the University of Central Florida from 1997-2000. He was an intern for the 1999 Daytona Cubs. In 2000, he was strength coach for the Hickory Crawdads. He was the Pittsburgh Pirates minor league strength and conditioning coordinator in 2001-2002, then held the same role for the Cincinnati Reds for two years. In 2005, he was promoted to the job as Reds' major league strength and conditioning coordinator, a position he still holds as of 2012. He has also served in the US Marines.
