Biographical Information[edit]
Marshall Brant was a two-time minor league MVP who saw action in only 8 big league games, batting 2-for-20 (.100). He was the first major league player to come out of Sonoma State University. It took until 2007 for another alumni to make his major league debut, Daniel Barone. In 2015, Brant was inducted into the International League Hall of Fame.
