Mark Yoshino

Mark Yoshino has been a college coach.

Yoshino had a 0.60 ERA as a high school junior then was 12-1 in junior college. He was honored as the top scholar-athlete in the Northwest Athletic Conference. He spent one year as their pitching coach, his team leading the NWAC with a 2.40 ERA. He interned with the Philadelphia Phillies then became assistant coach of Bellevue Community College. After 5 years, he was promoted to head coach. After 20 years, he set school records for wins in a season and was named Coach of the Year on a couple occasions. He produced Adrian Sampson and Blaine Hardy among others. He also has been involved in Little League and American Legion ball.
