Mark Winters (umpire)

Mark Winters has been an umpire. He worked his way up the chain, from the Pioneer League to New York-Penn League, then Midwest League, Carolina League, Eastern League (1999-2001) and Pacific Coast League (2003). He also worked in the Dominican League in 2003-2004. After his time in the minors ended, he has worked in the Frontier League, Big 10 Conference and Big 12 Conference. He worked the 2000 Futures Game, 2004 Caribbean Series, 2006 COPABE Olympic Qualification Tournament and 2015 Premier 12, and the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
