Biographical Information[edit]

Manuel Mendoza pitched for the Nicaraguan national team in the 1947 Amateur World Series, when they won Bronze. He remained with them for the 1948 Amateur World Series, 1950 Central American and Caribbean Games (another Bronze; he lost to Costa Rica and beat El Salvador) and 1950 Amateur World Series.
