Malibu is in southern California, on the coast of the Pacific Ocean, 5 miles south of Thousand Oaks, CA and 30 miles west of Los Angeles, CA. It is mainly known for its beaches. Craig Conklin and Adam Ging were born here and Tommy Hawkins died here. Pepperdine University is located in Malibu.
