Major League (movie)
Major League is a comedy released in 1989. In the film, the owner of the Cleveland Indians wants to move the team to Miami, FL and to do so she attempts to build a last-place team to ease the move. The movie is a laugh riot as player hijinx is at an all-time high. It features many recognizable characters such as Pedro Cerrano, Ricky Vaughn, Jake Taylor, Roger Dorn, and Willie Mays Hayes. The film spawned two sequels, Major League II (1994) and Major League III (1998).
