Biographical Information[edit]
Logan Miller was drafted twice by the Montreal Expos - in the 23rd round of the 1992 Amateur Draft (631st overall) and in the 47th round of the 1993 Amateur Draft (1310th overall). Miller experienced elbow injuries and endured two surgeries.
Miller spent the 1996 season with the Dunedin Blue Jays in the Florida State League where he hit .174 (4 for 23) in 10 games with 3 walks, 0 extra-base hits, and 1 run batted in. He was a catcher with 1 error in 49 chances (.980%). Six base runners stole on him and he did not throw anybody out. He had 2 passed balls.
Recognizing his limitations at baseball, Miller left the sport and pursued a career in show business. Logan and his twin brother Noah read how-to books on screenwriting and film production. They wrote, directed and acted in their film Touching Home which starred Ed Harris.
The brothers also wrote a memoir/how-to film-making book called Either You're In, Or You're In The Way.
Noah was also a talented ballplayer who played for Southern Arkansas University on a baseball scholarship.
