Biographical Information

Liam Arakaki debuted for the Peruvian national team at age 20, in the 2023 Pan American Games Qualifier. Starting at second base and hitting 9th, he laid down a sacrifice hit against Federico Robles of host Argentina his first time up then drew a walk from Kevin Riello in the 5th before Bruno Takenaka pinch-hit for him. He finished the event 0-for-4 with two walks and a run, handling four putouts and two assists with no errors.
