Biographical Information

Lázaro Ramírez debuted for Villa Clara in 2011-2012, going 15 for 45 with a double and two walks. He hit .255/.343/.299 in 2012-2013 and had 8 outfield assists in 63 games. He saw little action in 2013-2014 (8 for 43, 2 2B, 4 BB). In the 2014 Caribbean Series, he did not get an at-bat. He did come to the plate against Juan Cedeno in the bottom of the 9th with a 9-0 deficit against the Tigres del Licey and one on, walked and scored on a Ramón Lunar hit.
